Do I have to declare a condo sale if there is no captial gain on it?

I had a rental condo in Virgina. I sold it in Feb 2011. I sold it for a little loss. My question is do I have to even go thru the hle of declaring it in tax returns if there was no capital gain on it? or any other deductions?
