Why do idiots who know nothing about dogs insist on getting them as pets?

These people are just idiots and don't care later they'll send the dog to the shelter to get put down. They don't care about anything but themselves. I had to retrain some dogs as they would have been put down and family members got them and didn't have that much to retrain and make sure they spent the time however we weren't going to let them be put down. So I retrained them for my uncle and and 2 cousins lol
