Getting in shape for track?

Track season starts soon for me and I need some advice on how to get back in shape? I am a sprinter and I will be running 2 sprints, doing relay, and the softball throw. I don't need any help with the softball throw because I play travel softball. But I would like some insight info on getting in shape. I have a treadmill, stair-climber, weights, and more at my house. I also live in a neighborhood that is exactly one mile from my house to my cousin's house in the back. I am also a member at a local gym that is equip with adequate exercise machines and a small track.
