I need a good boxing routine, and workout plan?
Im 21 years old, i have a 8-5 job, I'm 140 lb, 5' 10", right handed, i just quit smoking cigarettes last week, i smoke weed on weekends. I boxed when i was younger for a few months, so i know the basics. I just bought a speed bag, 60 lb bag heavy bag, hand wraps, a jumprope, gloves, and 15 lb dumbbells. havent been in shape in years. i want to gradually build stamina, get bigger, more cut, faster, better hand eye coordination and eventually spar when i decide to join a gym. Ive been trying to find someone to work out with and i can get punching mitts but im still on the search for someone. i work 40 hours a week, sleep late on weekends want to work out every sunday, since its my only day off. I dont plan making a career out of boxing i just want to do it for a hobby.
