Making older kids help out (19)???

Ok..kind of long, but I am just at a standstill with my own mind. My 19yo(20 in a month) daughter had moved out when she was 18, stayed out for a year and then moved back home. My problem is this...She works the pm shift in a nursing home, so from 2-10; comes home, and goes to get her bf, who doesn't have a license, and who was living with her; then comes back home goes to bed, and doesn't get up until 10:30, takes a shower, and then goes to get bf to go out for lunch!!? EVERYDAY! I run a small daycare out of my home, and some mornings I don't get up early enough to take a shower in the morning, so I ask her to sit with the one baby(sleeping) while I take one....she tells me 'no, I don't want to'; then huffs, and says go take it, just hurry up before I have to take mine to go out to lunch. She does nothing around her..I pay her to do dishes, if I ask her to go to the store for me, she has a FIT!! So I am thinking of telling her that things need to change, she needs to help out here
