Help with wanting to lease a Warmblood?

Well firstly i think that you should have a few lessons to get you started on english riding. but while you do that ask the owners about him to see what they say. he sounds like a good horse and you and him could learn to ride english together. If the owners are never there they shouldn't have any reason not to sell him. hope you can get him and have fun riding english
