Premarital counseling....how to use?

my fiacne and i have a premaritial councelor. LONG story short. i acted psycho last night about an issue that happenf a year ago. he didnt cheat, but he did call a girl. and she was at the movies last night where we went and we saw her. i freaked out on him. (not her) i jsut went insecure! i said crazy thigns like yo better not call her and all this stuff i know he wouldnt do to me now. *sigh*!!! shoudl i call our counselor to discuss this? he is a busy man..(our cunselor) and our next visit isnt until jan 26th. but i am so embared...is it ok to call him and try to get in today? ah! i dont know!! or shoudl i wait untul next month? this whole ordeal h append last night! and my fiance is very upset how i acted and so am i!
