What are some inexpensive self move options?

My husband and I will be moving about 800 miles away in the next couple of months. We are packing a 3 bedroom house and have one car, a minivan, and a trailer. Unfortunately, we don't have a lot of money to pay for moving expenses. We know that we cannot afford a full-service mover. What are some inexpensive self move options, keeping in mind that we also have to drive 2 other vehicles and have no one else to help us move?
