New Husky is very aggressive?

My husband and I have a one year old male husky and thought it would be a wonderful idea to get another as a playmate. The new husky is a year and a half and is now getting along wonderfully with our husky. But there is a problem. He attacks every other dog he meets. He recently went after a friends male and drew blood. He is still very new to our home, less then a week, but his aggression is making me nervous. He is neutered and understands my husband is the dominant male in the household. What can I do to help with the aggression?
