Is IRAN a threat for Arab world?

Iranian nuclear program has been created by Pakistani nuclear father Dr A Q Khan who is a sunni and belong to an arabian migrant family of ghauri.Dr A q khan was arrested in 2004 for this and he himself accepted his aim was to defend muslims and protect them from usa invasion.which proves even if iran is getting nuclear technology , its is through the help of sunni muslims like pakistan.Pakistani centrifuges are used at iranian nuclear labs and nuclear scientist got training from dr qadir.so i don;t think any sunni think shia is threat to anyone.Iran is a friend of arabs and muslims.if muslims thought like that then dr qadir won't have helped iran.
