Is a follicular cyst on ovary supposed to show round/oval on ultrasound. Please I am driving myself crazy.Help?

In my experience, radiologists tend to miss things - they said my ovaries were clear. If I were you, I'd go to a gynae for a trans-l u/s. It shows much more. On my u/s, the functional cyst on my left ovary was a large, oval-ish black m, and the polycystic right ovary was covered in lots of white ciercles. Hope this helps!
