Does anyone agree that Oscar De La Hoya was an grossly over rated fighter.?

He lost to Felix Trinidad (undefeated at the time), Shane Mosley - twice (undefeated at the time), Floyd Mayweather (currently undefeated) and Bernard Hopkins. These were the fights that would have made De La Hoya a great fighter had he won any of them. Whenever the media mentions De La Hoya or interviews him, they never mention any of those fights..its called politics i guess
