Anti Gun Right advocates, If your dream came true, and all rights to own weapons by citizens?

ended tomorrow, how would you get the law breakers, the murderers, the rapist, the dope dealers, the gangs, and the rest of the s of the planet to comply with your law? How would you stop the guns from being smuggled in from both north and south of the boarder when its clear our Gov. can't even stop 12 million illegals from walking across? Please, I'm dying to know your plan to get anyone but the law abiding citizens to comply.
