Does anyone know how much a ticket cost for running a red light when you don't have a driver license?

about a month ago, while i was driving i didn't come to a complete stop to make a right turn and a camera took a picture of it. I don't have a license yet, but i have a permit. I took my parents car without them knowing. Then a bill came and it had my picture and everything. what's going to happen to me (not my parents)....does anyone know how much this is going to be. Oh i also live in costa mesa california
